- Submit Your Core Information: Fill out the form below with accurate details about your used engine or transmission to get an initial estimate. Please include any relevant documentation, such as repair records or photos.
- Inspection Scheduling: After you submit the form, we will contact you to schedule an inspection by one of our qualified technicians. We have partnered with technicians in almost every state.
- On-Site Inspection: Our technician will come to your location to inspect the used engine or transmission. IMPORTANT: A $75 inspection fee and 50% of your chosen powertrain value must be paid prior to the inspection.
- Valuation and Credit: Based on the inspection, we will determine the final value of your core and apply that amount as a credit towards your new powertrain purchase.

- The final trade-in value depends on the condition and specifications of your used powertrain.
- We reserve the right to refuse cores that are damaged beyond repair or do not meet our requirements.
- The $75 inspection fee is non-refundable, even if the core is rejected. In this case, you’ll either proceed with the purchase of your chosen powertrain product with its complete value or request an instant refund of the 50% deposit. Powertrain components are intricate and expensive. A thorough inspection is often needed to determine if the core is truly rebuildable and meets the program’s standards.
